I think this means that some peoplejust don't care about their grades and are failing.I have a neighbor who used to care about his grades in middle school. He would do all the classwork homework and all the good stuff. But once he got into the home highschool he didn't care about his grades. I told him I was in the same situation and he said not to do anything about it. I said I will raise my grade but he said he was'nt. I just told him to take careof himself. He said that he had joined a gang and that they would look after him but I did'nt say anything.
